This website is owned by Suds N Stuff and the material; including logos, text and other graphics contained herein is owned by us (from here on ‘us’ will refer to Suds N Stuff) and may not be downloaded, or used for any means unless permission is given by us.

The purpose of this site is to provide the customer (you) with information about us, our products, stores and activities. We also provide you with the opportunity to purchase online through our secure shopping cart.


When using our products, surfaces may become slippery, take appropriate care when exiting the bath tub.

To ensure your bath doesn't stain (although our colours are water soluble), we recommend wiping down your bath after each use.



If you have any allergies to general household ingredients such as dairy, wheat, nut and eggs, we recommend you do not use our products as our products are manufactured in a home that handles these products.

If any irritation occurs please discontinue use immediately and get in contact with us.

We do not take responsibility if reactions occur, as we clearly state what’s in our items on each labelled product and have advised this warning 




We undertake to keep our website current with regard to product names, descriptions and photos of products available. However, from time to time products listed in stock may not be available, if this occurs we will notify you by telephone or email to seek your instructions for a suitable replacement. If you prefer we will refund any charges incurred for that product immediately.

As our products are hand produced in small quantities, slight variances in colour or appearance may occur, this variance will not effect the quality, usability or the way the product performs.

If orders are required by a specific date, contact us first to ensure it can be done



We dispatch products after payment is received and until then the products remain the property of Suds N Stuff. Payment can be made online via PayPal, Afterpay and Credit Card.

We reuse packing materials received by us where possible. Shipping is undertaken by  Australia Post. Orders are made by hand.

Products are generally shipped within 4 business days unless otherwise discussed, should your order take longer due to delays I’m happy to send your order in 2 parts, please email to discuss.  Once an order has been placed, there is no cancellation and if for any reason a cancellation is approved a store credit will be given.

The processing time for large or wholesale orders can be anywhere between 1-2 weeks at this stage, as I make all products to order, however some a premade.  I make items to order as I am a small home based business and cannot hold stock.

By clicking complete purchase at the checkout you've agreed to the Terms & Conditions and the Refund Policy.

No refunds are given for a change of mind.

All orders are final

There are no refunds nor cancelation of an order when the order is in the finalisation process.

Due to the products being handmade, the turn around time may vary, orders are worked on in the order they come in and generally 10 at a time are being sorted and pre packed.  Once orders are started, refunds will not be given in this instance as its a change of mind.

When selecting the shipping method, select correctly, should you select the incorrect method, you will be invoiced for the remaining amount before your order is started. If you wish to cancel your order at this point, you will receive a store credit.

No responsibility is taken for what happens once the product has left the store with the courier, please contact info@sudsnstuff.shop, alternatively sudsnstuffau@outlook.com to discuss this matter further.

If any refunds are given for any reason they will be offered as store credit. Should an order be approved to refund or cancellation there will be a 30% restocking fee applied, refunds will be processed within 7 business days

At times we can have delays in production due to weather conditions as it affects our products from setting properly. Should this occur you will be notified via the business page, we ask you understand this is beyond our control and we will do what we can to get your order dispatched as soon as possible.

We use Australia Post for standard shipping and express post, should you require Express by a certain date, please contact us before placing an order to confirm the availability of fulfilling your request.


Custom items are made to order and will incur longer then standard processing times. Please allow up to 15 business days for items to be shipped.

Items containing alcohol (ie. Gift packs) requires both the purchaser and recipient to be 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase. By finalizing your order, you agree that both the purchaser and recipient are 18+ years.
